Every plan includes
- A Monday email with the top rows and counts
- The full CSV for your coverage area, attached
- One row per business, with licence stage and dates
- Business name, street address, city, ZIP, county, type and links to the public records
What is not included
- Phone numbers or email addresses (not in the public records)
- Exclusivity
- Any guarantee that a business will open or buy from you
Is it worth it?
That depends on what a new restaurant customer is worth to you. If one new account in a month is worth more than $39, the metro plan covers itself; if not, the free sample week will show you whether the rows match your territory before you decide. Read how it works for the limits, or download a sample CSV.

Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Which metros are covered?
Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, each as a metro plan. The statewide plan covers all of Texas, including those metros and smaller cities.

Can I switch metros or upgrade to statewide?
Yes, email [email protected] and we will switch you for the next billing period.
Is TX Openings run by TABC or the Comptroller?
No. We are independent and not affiliated with either agency. We republish public records with cleaning and delivery added.
