In short
- Delivery apps often take 15-30% of every order they handle. A direct page takes 0% commission.
- We build your menu, photos and checkout in about a day. Money goes straight to your Stripe or Square account.
- Introductory offer: $149 setup, then $19 a month, for the first 3 restaurants.
- Honest limit: you still make the food and handle delivery yourself (or offer pickup only).
On this page
TX Openings already tracks new Texas restaurants from public records. Many of them are choosing how customers will order for the first time. This is the simple option: your own page, your own customers, your own payouts.

Working demo: Open the Demo Taqueria ordering page. It is a fictional restaurant with a sample menu. Add items, switch between pickup and delivery, and look at the cart on your phone. Nothing is charged.
What does a 25% app commission actually cost?
These numbers are a made-up example, not a forecast for your restaurant. Replace them with your own.
Commission rates vary by plan. DoorDash's public merchant pricing page lists 15% (Basic), 25% (Plus) and 30% (Premier) for orders delivered by its drivers, and a lower rate for pickup. Check the current DoorDash page and your own contract, since terms change. Uber Eats and Grubhub also charge commissions.
| On a $40 order | Delivery app | Direct |
|---|---|---|
| Commission | $6-$12 | $0 |
| Card fee | in the cut | about 3% |
| Customer email | app keeps | you keep |

The honest limits
Know this before you sign up: apps bring new customers; a direct page mostly serves people who already know you. Direct ordering works best when you point your regulars to it.
- We do not deliver. You need your own drivers, or you offer pickup only. We do not handle food, drivers or refunds to customers.
- You pay card fees. Stripe or Square charge processing fees. We do not control them.
- We do not promise more orders. We build the page. Getting people to use it is on you, though we will suggest simple ways.
- You may be responsible for sales tax and local rules on food sales. Ask your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
Who handles the food and the drivers?
You do. We only build the ordering page and connect payments. You make the food, and you either offer pickup only or deliver with your own drivers. We do not employ drivers or touch the food.
Do I still pay card fees?
Yes. Stripe or Square charge a card-processing fee (commonly around 3% plus a small per-order amount; check their current rates). That fee goes to the processor, not to us. The $19 a month is our fee, and we take no commission on orders.
Do I have to leave DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. Many restaurants keep the apps for new-customer discovery and nudge regulars to order direct. You decide.
Is the $149 and $19 a month price final?
It is an introductory founding offer for the first 3 restaurants. We may charge more later. Anyone who signs up on this offer keeps its price for the first year.
Is payment live today?
We are taking requests now. We confirm the details and price with you by email before anything is charged.
